Universal warrants existing drain line hookups for 30 days with new equipment installed or serviced. Universal Air & Heat will use nitrogen to blow out drain lines and assumes no responsibility for water damage of any kind. Update 7/2/2016 Customer acknowledges, understands and is fully aware that new high efficiency HVAC 14 seer and above system's will require more frequent regular maintenance to any new or existing drain line and such maintenance is not included in this contract unless otherwise expressed in writing and agreed to by customer as well as a representative of Universal Air & Heat. Universal Air & Heat recommends flushing new or existing drain lines once every four months in efforts to achieve optimal performance and reduce the possibility of an accidental water loss occurring. Universal Air & Heat agrees to use reasonable efforts to run duct work within existing walls, ceilings and soffits.
