Acceptance of this Evaluation Report by the named client constitutes agreement to notify Robert Nieminen, P.E. if the product changes or the referenced Quality Assurance documentation changes. For roof slopes in excess of 61/4:12, precautions should be taken, such as the use of battens to prevent tile sliding during the loading process. 6.7.3 Note: Polyglass defers to the tile manufacturer on use of tiles directly over its Polystick underlayments 6.7.4 Minimum cure time after membrane installation and before loading of roofing tiles is forty- eight (48) hours. 7. LABELING: Each unit shall bear a permanent label with the manufacturer's name, logo, city, state and logo of the Accredited Quality Assurance Agency noted herein. S.
