Good Afternoon
I am happy to report that SLCFD has completed the fire and life safety portion of the plan review for the project listed above.
I have enclosed a copy of our plan review sheet with 2 additional comments. These comments do not require a revision but must be in place prior to fire final.
PLEASE PRINT OUT THIS SHEET AND HAVE IT ON SITE WITH A STAMPED SET OF YOUR PLANS.
Call 621-3377 to schedule any fire related inspections (ie, fire wall, penetration, HVAC, alarm, sprinkler, suppression, fire finals, etc) We do need at least one day notice.
You will need to reach out the Building Department for next step in the process.
Have a great day,
Kelly Machado, Staff Assistant
