NOTES:
ALL MATERIALS AND CONSTRUCTION PROCEDURES SHALL BE IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE LATEST FDOT
INDICES AND AS FOLLOWS:
I. CONCRETE TO BE MINIMUM 3000 PSI COMPRESSIVE STRENGTH AT 28 DAYS.
2. TEST A MINIMUM OF ONE (1) COMPRESSIVE STRENGTH CYLINDER SAMPLE PER 50 CY OR ONE (1) PER LOT,
WHICHEVER IS GREATER. COMPRESSIVE STRENGTH SHALL BE REPORTED�,AT 28 DAYS.
