We would appreciate them also going to johnsond@stlucieco.org and durdenw@stlucieco.org so we can be sure they get attached and we have a chance to review them. The Building Department is operating in a new location, just a few feet from the main lobby, at the SW corner of the building (formerly the Utilities Department). Look for the GREEN A-Frame signs. The hours of operation are Monday – Friday from 8:00 am to 4:30 am. All staff is available by email or phone. Good Afternoon, I would like to send a digitally signed & sealed threshold inspection report to the SLC Bldg. Department. In the past there have been MANY different distribution lists, but the last direction I received came on 06/02/20 from Joe Firsch, who told me to send threshold inspection reports, observation reports, and other reports or letter to ONLY permits@stlucieco.org <mailto:permits@stlucieco.org> . He also told me that this would probably change again in the next week or so. On 10/13/20 I received an e-mail from Mr. Harvey in response to my inquiry about digital signed & sealed documents. He mentioned sending only permit applications to eplans@stlucieco.org <mailto:eplans@stlucieco.org> to get the permit number, and then information about blue beam. We do not apply for the permits here, so this would not apply to us. What address (or addresses) would get engineer reports, letters, or other sealed documents?
