COM RE: Replacement of front steps and landing — Lot 1154 APPROVED Dear Mr. and Mrs. Jarry, The Association approves of your request to replace the steps and landing on the front of your home and acknowledges that your property has been "grandfathered in" for the two 8'x18' parking spaces requirement due to the age of your home. The site plan you have provided meets all other setback requirements. Please adhere to all Nettles Island governing documents including, but not limited to the Nettles Island Procedures Governing Contractor and building activity on Nettles Island, and provide us with a copy of the St. Lucie County building permit prior to commencing construction. Also, please be advised that all Architectural approvals issued by Nettles Island are valid for six (6) months. If additional time is needed, owners must submit supporting documentation to request an additional six (6) months. By approving the plans and specifications, neither the Architectural Committee or the members thereof, the Association, the Board, its employees and representatives assumes any liability or responsibility therefore, or for any defect in any structure constructed there from, and said persons f irther specifically exclude from such approval any implied warranty of merchantability and fitness for any purpose. The plan is for repair of my front steps I must replace the stringers which requires us to get a building permit from St. Lucie County.
