Please see attached review comments as well.
The engineer's letter that was submitted on 6/22/2017 is disapproved due to insufficient and incorrect information
stated on the engineer's letter.A revised engineer's letter with the correct information and entity will be required
before any inspections can be performed for the remaining renovation to the structure. The engineer's letter must
address all construction up to the drywall that is not visible to the inspector such as windows, doors, framing(existing
and new), removal of existing wall specified if bearing or non-bearing, plumbing interior and exterior, electrical interior,
etc.
An electrical panel change out was permitted on 2/11/2011 and finaled on 2/16/2011.The photos that were taken of
the property show new work being performed in the existing panel. The new work performed in the existing panel must
be addressed with the interior renovation.
A drawing will need to be submitted with a detailed list of all trades and a detailed scope of the work that is being done
for the renovation beyond the dry wall.To include plumbing, electrical, and or any additional framing work for the
interior.
I will be able to issue the permit with a deferred submittal as a number one priority for the engineers letter, addressing
all the number two priority inspections for the work that is not visible to the inspectors. The comments must be
addressed before the permit can be issued..
