It is clearly established that missing components or components planned for future installation are not covered by this certification. Likewise,components required by the City to be included in separate permits shall be subject to future assessment and certification. The engineer's letter that was submitted on 6/22/2017 is disapproved due to insufficient and incorrect information stated on the engineer's letter.A revised engineer's letter with the correct information and entity will be required before any inspections can be performed for the remaining renovation to the structure.The engineer's letter must address all construction up to the drywall that is not visible to the inspector such as windows, doors,framing(existing and new), removal of existing wall specified if bearing or non-bearing, plumbing interior and exterior,electrical interior, etc. An electrical panel change out was permitted on 2/11/2011 and finaled on 2/16/2011.The photos that were taken of the property show new work being performed in the existing panel.The new work performed in the existing panel must be addressed with the interior renovation. A drawing will need to be submitted with a detailed list of all trades and a detailed scope of the work that is being done for the renovation beyond the dry wall.To include plumbing, electrical, and or any additional framing work for the interior. I will be able to issue the permit with a deferred submittal as a number one priority for the engineers letter,addressing all the number two priority inspections for the work that is not visible to the inspectors.The comments must be addressed before the permit can be issued..
