This notice serves as the Architectural Committee's response to your request as referred above.
Please note any comments made by the committee as listed below.
Description of Improvement: Installation of fence, 6' white vinyl privacy on sides, 4' white vinyl
picket fence on waterside.
Status: Approved
We reserve the right to make a final inspection of the change to make sure it matches the Request you
submitted for Approval. Please follow the plan you submitted or submit an additional Request form if
you cannot follow the original plan.
You must conform to all local zoning and building Regulations and obtain any and all permits that are
required.

I taken as any certification as to the construction worthiness or structural integrity of the change you
propose. Be aware that you are responsible for contacting the appropriate Utility Companies before
digging.
