PIease be advised that wood framing was sistered to existing roof rafters to eliminate a "belly" in the
existing roof rafters. 2x6 wood framing was nailed to existing roof framing with l Od ring -shank nails 6"
on center for the length of the original roof framing member.
I approve of this repair and certify that work meets requirements of Florida Building Code 2020.
Flat roof area was roofed with Polyglass system W60 Florida Building Code product approval FL 1654-
