They don't appear to have an ADA space detail but other than that we don't have any comments. As long as the space is done in compliance with the FDOT striping detail, we are okay. I believe this report should help because it addresses staff comments. I originally voided the zoning compliance because the applicant stated they were no longer going forward with the site improvements. Mr. Jason the owner now appears to be going forward with the improvements.
