It is acceptable to replace existing sliding glass door, front entry door, & single hung window
openings for the address listed above with the units as follows:
1) S.H. - The PGT systems Series "SH 7700A" L.M.I. alum. single hung window has a Florida
number NOA-#20-0401.11. It has a +80 /-110 design pressure and has a L.M.I. "D"
approval and HVHZ.
2) S.G.D. - The International Impact Building Products Series " Titan 90 " aluminum sliding
glass door with reinforcements has a Miami Dade NOA # 20-1202.12. It has a +90 / -90
design pressure. It has a small and large missile "D" approval HVHZ.
3) MULL. BARS - The Series "PGT" Clipped Extruded Aluminum Tube Mullion - L.M.I has a
Miami Dade NOA # 20-0406.03. It has a +170.0 /-170.0 design pressure and has a large
missile "D" approval and HVHZ .
The worst case scenario building design pressures of addr ess listed above in Zone 4 is +58.7 / -
63.7 and Zone 5 is +58.7 / -78.5. The nominal wind speed is 132 mph and the ultimate wind
speed is 170 mph. The building has a type II classification and exposure category "D" for the 7th
Edition of the FBC (2020).
