After this permit has been issued to the contractor we will require an original,signed, sealed and dated
report from a Florida Licensed Architect or Engineer that the mechanical work has been performed in accordance with
the submitted Manual J, Manual D and duct layouts as submitted . Once this report has been received I can sign off all
inspections and the permit will be closed.
