We have determined that this lot will a tually be city water and sewer. I have marked the PO for the septic design
complete, because the,field work and a plication were all completed before we discovered this. However I did not know
if you needed to know in order to remo, a any of the other Build Pro items since we will not be moving forward with the

We went to apply for the ab&�� job, and there was an issue. It seems that you applied for a well permit on
this property, but you told me it wo Id be public water, so I applied for it based on public water. In the Health
Department's search to confirm public water is available they were told by Ray at the Utility department that
sewer is available for this property. Please see the attached map, and look into sewer feasibility for this lot.
The Health Department will not issue a permit since sewer is available.
