Remove FFElmillwerkicabinetsltops; remove all wallboard throughout interiors except garage. Remove ti-foil. Micro -clean for 100% Chinese drywall, debris and dust removal.
All ceilings and garage walls to remain as -is. Roof, shell, footprint, interior framing, ductwork, wiring and exterior to remain as -is. Install new FFE/millwork/cabinets/tops.
Replace mechanical equipment. Replace plumbing trim, water heater to remain as -is. Replace electrical devices and fixtures. All corrosion to be removedlcleaned.
No changes to feeder, electrical panel or branch wiring. Some low
