The Customer will be responsible to sign, notarize and return all permit documents and provide the Homeowners Association contact information and when appFcabie assist us in the submission of the application to the Association. Customer acknowledges length of time to manufacture the product and submission of permit will be dependent on the timely return of all documents, the Association approval, site specific engineering, architectural renderings and any other items or approvals required in order to submit the permit to the municipality. In certain situations we do make replacement moldngs available for purchase at additional cost which can be added to your work order. However, intricate or h"sho ical mic" designs may require a finished carpenter to replace and will be the responsibility of the Customer. 16 Construction Concerns... We do NOT do any painting or staining to existing structures or fiberglass doors. Sometimes, plaster, dryweii, or stucco may crack or be damaged during installation. We will repair the affected areas and prepare them for paint Additional stucco and drywall repair that is considered beyond minimal or is outside the scope of the contract and requires a pmfessonal tradesmen to complete is not included in this contract and will be the responsibility of the Customer. 17 Grids/Privacy Glass...
