ENGINEER'S INSPECTION LETTER
Gentlemen,
The contractor failed to obtain a final inspection on the re -roof for this job.
We have inspected a 4' x 4' roof section as a representative sample of the
typical roof construction. The roof plywood sheathing was nailed with 8d
nails @ 4" o. c. and was covered with a Polyglas, Polyflex G FR torch down
Cap Ply. It was installed in accordance with the current Florida Approval #
5259.1 (6.3.11).
I hereby certify that this roof installation meets requirements of the 2020
FBC (7th Edition) and ASCE 7-16.
