FBC requirements take precedence over the manufacturer’s installation instructions. 6.5.2 Fasteners: Minimum fasteners shall be corrosion resistant, ring-shank cap nails shall be as set forth in FBC 1507.1.1.1 or FBC Residential R905.1.1.1. 7.
