• Installation of a new Owens Corning Asphalt Roof Shingle and a flat Polyalass SBS/APP
To Whom It May Concern:
On January 14, 2019 B & B Engineering Inc. was requested by Onshore Roofmg Specialist Inc a
Licensed Roofing Contractor to certify the propose installation of the new Owens Corning Asphalt
Roof Shingle System FL. 10674-R15. and the roof flat areas with Polyglass SBS/APP over the
above residence Wood Deck.
Certification:
B & B Engineering Inc. Certify that the new the propose Owens Corning Asphalt Roof Shingle
Dimensional Shingle and the Polyglass SBS/APP Roof cover System over wood deck of the above
residence will be properly installed, according to the 2017 F.B.C., and the Manufactures'
recommendations, and Ft. Products approval.
To meet the required wind loading as per ASCE 7-10, Exposure B-165 MPH, the existing plywood
shearing will be re -nailed to the existing roof structure using galvanized steel 8 "d ring shank nails
at 4" on center edge and 6" center field. The new self -Adhering MTS Polyglass will be installed
directly to the deck, then the Polyglass SBS/APP modified roof system # W207valuation Report
Rule 61 G20-3, FL 1654-R-26 for the roof flat areas.
To the best of our knowledge and professional ability, it is B & B Engineering Inc. opinion that the
new Dimensional Shingle Roof cover and Polyglass SBS/APP modified roof systems will be
properly installed over the residence wood deck. And the work will be properly done and the new
roof covers will be structural sound and safe.

accordance with general accepted structural engineering principles and practices. This Company is
not responsible for the conclusions, opinions or recommendations made by others based on our
findings. The prior certification submitted in this report was intended to evaluate the residence roof
support structure and to ass.Lgg its integrity.
