The submitted engineering does not have or show details for the new structures. I will need signed and sealed drawings from your design professional in charge for the stairs and deck. Or I could issue this permit with a deferred submittal which carries a $75 additional fee. And drawings will still need to be submitted signed and sealed for the deck and stairs. Please let me know how you would like to proceed. Also please let me know if there will be skirting on the new home. If so please submit detail for skirting. If the skirting is framed in flood vents will be required and it detail showing the enclosed space will also need to be required.
