Pierce, Fl. 34949 PERMIT #: 2101-0051 Weekly Inspection Report from May 10th , 2021 to May 14th , 2021 Stack 10: • Stucco repairs have been completed on all the balconies • Pressure washing and painting of the walls ceilings and floors is underway using paint supplied by the Association Stacks 8 & 9: • Demolition of the spalled concrete the balconies continues per the project specifications • Significant topping slab areas are debonded and being removed, appears topping was to provide pitch to the balconies. • Sliding glass door on 1208 has been removed to access corroded steel under the door track If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to call.
