Gentlemen:
Nutting Engineers of Florida, Inc. has performed limited geotechnical engineering
services for the referenced pool as follows. The pool backfill area between the house
v and the proposed pool was probed with a Static Cone Penetrometer to evaluate the
level of compaction of the backfill material by the pool wall. Three probes were
c performed at the following locations:

1) West end of pool between house and pool.
2) North end of pool.
w 3) South end of pool.
It is our opinion that the backfill by the pool wall as indicated by the above test locations
has been compacted to a density of the order of 95 percent modified Proctor.
