RE: 100kVA UPS Replacement (Turn-key)
Thank you for your interest in our products and service. As per our site visit, the
following quotation is submitted for your review:
Replace the Existing Eaton/Powerware 100 kVA UPS with a new Toshiba G9000 Series
100kVA UPS system. The UPS includes the following features:
o 100kVA/90KW, 480v in/out, 3-phase UPS
o High Efficiency (97%) for Lower Operational Cost
Up to $6,700 per year in energy cost savings
o 3-Year UPS Warranty (including batteries)
o True On-Line, Double-Conversion UPS
o Dimensions:
UPS: 27.6”W x 32.7”D x 80.7”H; 775 lbs.
Battery Cabinet: 40”W x 29.5”D x 78.7”H; 2,391 lbs.
MBS: 12”W x 32.8”D x 78.7”H; 275 lbs.
o Generator-Friendly Design and Compatibility
o Web/SNMP Remote Monitoring Software
o Factory start-up
Turn-key electrical installation includes:
o Set-up temporary power feeds to existing (5) UPS output panels
o After critical load has been powered by temporary power, remove existing UPS
o Delivery and set in place new Toshiba UPS in existing UPS room
o Install new external 3-breaker Maintenance Bypass Switch (MBS)
o Install new 112.5kVA 480/120-208v transformer in UPS area
o Re-route and refeed UPS input via Panel MSB-H
o Feed UPS output to 112.5kVA transformer, then to existing output distribution
o New Maintenance Bypass Switch (MBS) will now be in place for servicing and
disconnecting means at the UPS itself.
o Start-up new UPS
o Return UPS output panels to new UPS power
o All work will not require any downtime to critical load .

Price, Electrical Installation with equipment delivery $ 29,732.00

Pricing includes delivery to site, turn-key electrical installation, and equipment start-up.
All work to be performed around St. Lucie County schedule, and no down time will be
required for installation of this new UPS.
Terms are NET 30.
