Dear St. Lucie County Building Official:
Please be advised that Benchmark Engineering has and shall remain the Engineer of Record for the
aforementioned project. Architectural services were originally provided by Michael Seal of Architectonic Inc.
and Cad-Con Design will be completing architectural services under my supervision.
Therefore in conformance with Florida Administrative Code, Rule 61G1-18.002 I hereby assume all liability for
any and all plans previously prepared by Mr. Seal of Architectonic and Cad-Con Design moving forward.
