THE FLORIDA ADAPTATION OF THE DISABILITY STANDARDS, FLORIDA ENERGY CONSERVATION
2017 NEC, NFPA 101 (2015 EDITION), 7th EDITION FLORIDA FIRE PREVENTION CODE W/PBC LOCAL AMENDMENTS, NFPA 241, 2013 NFPA 72.
2. CONTRACTOR SHALL VERIFY ALL EXISTING CONDITIONS IN THE FIELD. NOTIFY ARCHITECT /ENGINEER
OF ANY DESCREPENCIES PRIOR TO COMMENCING WORK.
3. PATCH ALL EXISTING FLOORS , CEILINGS & WALLS DAMAGED DURING CONSTRUCTION.
4. WHEREVER NEW CONSTRUCTION MEETS EXISTING, MATCH MATERIALS IN COLORS AND THICKNESS.
5. VERIFY ALL FINISH CONDITIONS WITH TENANT PRIOR TO INSTALLATION.
6. THESE PLANS ARE BASED ON INFORMATION SUPPLIED BY TENANT. VERIFY ALL CONDITIONS IN FIELD.
7. BUILDINGS WITH AUTOMATIC SPRINKLER SYSTEM: PROVIDE ENGINEERED SPRINKLER SHOP DRAWINGS FOR PERMIT.
8. PROVIDE 2A-10BC FIRE EXTINGUISHER AT EACH EXIT AND TYPE K EXTINGUISHER IN KITCHEN UNLESS DIFFERENT INDICATED BY FIRE DEPT.
9. GENERAL CONTRACTOR SHALL OBTAIN ADEQUATE LIABILITY INSURANCE. AND MAINTAIN SUCH UNTILL CONPLETION OF PROJECT.
10. GENERAL CONTRACTOR SHALL PROVIDE COMPLETE CLEANING AT COMPLETION OF PROJECT.
11. THE INTENT OF THESE DOCUMENTS IS TO INCLUDE ALL WORK AND ITEMS NECESSARY FOR THE PROPER COMPLETION OF THE WORK.
THEREFORE, ALL ITEMS NECESSARY FOR THE COMPLETION OF WORK SHALL BE REQUIRED WHETHER OR NOT INDICATED ON PLANS
OR CONSTRUCTION DOCUMENTS, BUT ARE REASONABLY INFERABLE AS BEING NECESSARY TO PROVIDE INTENDED RESULTS.
12. ALL MATERIALS SHALL BE NEW AND CODE APPROVED.
13. ALL WORK SHALL BE PROPERLY COMPLETED. ALL WALLS SHALL BE FINISHED SMOOTH.
