Paradise Exterior's very capably staffed 8 departments will be expediting your project while simultaneously communicating
with you every step of the way. It is this open and accessed line of communication that we feel to be the most vital and
important aspect of our relationship when it comes to completing your project within the estimated time frame. Paradise's
Rapid Responses back to you, and your Rapid Responses back to Paradise will best facilitate this.
Here are some typical contact points, which require reciprocation from the homeowner, in which providing a Rapid Response
will prevent the long delays that we all want to avoid:
FlnenCe:(561)517-9285 or (561)739-2783, finance@paradiseexteriors.com If your project has Financing and Paradise
Exteriors sends you documents to authorize or requests additional documents to submit for finance approval, or if the lender
should need to speak with you and calls/leaves message, please Rapid Respond to avoid time being added to estimated time
frame.
Permitting;(561) 572 9727 permits.paradiseextCo3gmail.com Our Permits Department will either call you to set an
appointment to come to your home for signatures on the necessary documents, or they will mail these documents to your
home for you to sign and return immediately. It is required that a Homeowner listed on the deed sign these documents! If they
leave a message, please Rapid Respond to avoid delays in submitting for Permitting and HOA. Nothing can start until we
have these Permit Application and Notice of Commencement documents signed and returned. Again, a homeowner on the
deed must authorize these official documents. Failure to attend a scheduled appointment or delaying the return mailing for
the Permit documents are a chief cause of additional time being added to the estimated time frame.
HOA:(561)678-2332, HOA.paradlseext@gmail.com If your project has a Homeowner's Association our HOA Department will
need you to obtain your HOA's specific ARC Form to submit for approval and the most accurate contact information for your
HOA. Please email the ARC farm to HOAparadiseexteriors.com ASAP and have your HOA contact information readily
available throughout your project.
PCOdUCtIOn:(561) 732 0300 peroofproduction®gmail.com Paradise Exteriors Production Department will be calling to
schedule a date for your project's installation. If they leave a message, please Rapid Respond as these install schedules fill in
quickly. Homeowner on contract must be present when our crews arrive at your home to begin work. This is to clearly provide
any special instructions relating to the project or your property. Homeowner not returning calls for install date and
Homeowner on contract not being present when our crews arrive causing them to return to warehouse are chief reasons for
additional time being added to estimated time frame.
D@CtIO11S: (561)413-9448, Services.paradiseextCtgmail.com Paradise Exteriors will dispatch a technician to meet the
Building Department Inspector at your home for inspection. If they leave a message, please Rapid Respond as these
inspection schedules fill in quickly. Homeowner on contract must be present for this meeting with your building department.
Homeowner failing to attend scheduled inspection date they chose would be costly and cause additional time to be added to
estimated time frame.
