Hwy. A1A Ft. Pierce, Fl. 34949 PERMIT #: 2101-0051 Weekly Inspection Report from March 8th , 2021 to March 12th , 2021 Balcony Repairs Unit 310 & 210: Full depth demolition at the east side SGD of the two units. Plywood weather wall installed inside the unit per the engineers details. Shoring has been installed per the engineers details. Limits of excavation on the balcony have been achieved and are approved. Removal of the door is scheduled so corroded and deteriorated steel reinforcement bar are evaluated. Observed that the number of fasteners in the 310 door were missing the fasteners. Directed the contractor to secure the door with all the fasteners required.
