Weekly Inspection Report from March 15th , 2021 to March 19th , 2021
Balcony Repairs
Unit 210 & 106: SGD unit 210 removed, corroded steel reinforcement on ceiling has been
exposed, steel is corroded, no lap splicing of steel is required, floor slab spalling concrete removal is
underway, owner of 106 has reported that SGD is hard to open, repair area on 210 is directly over
the hard to open doors in 106
Unit 210 & 310: Limits of excavation at full depth repairs in front of SGD have been achieved,
steel has been cleaned and coated with anti-corrosion agent, area is approved for concrete placement
per the project specifications
