Balcony Repairs
Units 1012, 1010, 910, 810: East side balcony edge repairs underway, excavation are full depth and
extend back to the railing post pockets, railing plates and fasteners are exposed and appear to be
acceptable
Unit 210: Full depth repair at the door threshold has been approved for concrete placement,
steel has been cleaned and coated per manufacturers recommendation
