Permit Application # 2105 - 0262
Dear Mr . Durden :
Richard K . Davis Construction Corporation has obtained a Foundation Permit (92103 -
0334 ) for the above referenced project and is currently working to complete the concrete
slab and foundations for the Maverick Boats Plant Expansion . A building permit has
been applied for and is in process , with review comments minimal . We are currently
waiting electrical review and will respond to the review comments once this is released .
The Fire Marshall has issued a permit .
The purpose of this letter is to request permission to start work prior to the release of a
permit . With your approval , we will commence erection of the Pre -Engineered Metal
Building on Tuesday , June 8th, 2021 . This will be the only work initiated until a Building
Permit is released . No inspections will be necessary while this erection process takes
place .
