Meeting Convened:
The meeting convened at 1:32 p.m.
Roll call:
Roll call was taken. Quorum was present. Minutes from the December 17, 2020 meeting were approved.

PUBLIC COMMENTS:
There were no public comments.
OLD BUSINESS:
There was no old business.
NEW BUSINESS:
• Mark Satterlee discussed the presentation of the DRAFT Committee Annual Report to Board of County
Commissioners.
o Review and comments of annual report to be taken to Board of County Commissioners in March
3 ,2021 at 6:00PM.
o Funds have been shifted around and/or deferred due to Covid19 revenue shortfalls.
o Carolyn Niemczyk polled members to motion on the certifying the report, Jane Rowley 2nd
motioned and all were in favor.
• Selena Griffitt gave an update for the Engineering Department.
o 14 active projects currently in engineering.
o Edwards Road – Design almost complete, construction to begin in April.
o Oleander sidewalks being reviewed.
o St. James sidewalks – advertising out in Sept/Oct.
o Prima Vista beautification project – partnering with City of PSL after their improvements are
complete.
• Chris Lestrange gave an overview on Repaving Projects .
o Orange Ave. is 90% complete.
o Midway Road resurfacing may be night work as road is busy / BOCC to approve. Starting in
2-3 weeks.
o Glades Cut-Off repair work update.
• Jim Lappert gave updates on Water Quality projects.
o Harmony Heights – Phase I is close to completion.
• Don West discussed Lakewood Park Drainage project and how grants should help pay for it.
STAFF COMMENTS:
• Next meeting will be scheduled in May.
