SOUTH 150 FEET TO A POINT; THENCE TURN AND RUN EAST 100 FEET TO A POINT; THENCE TURN AND
RUN NORTH 150 FEET TO A POINT; THENCE TURN AND RUN WEST TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING.
