Thank you for your email, this whole process can be a little confusing for me, I have never done this before. I will try to answer all of your questions. -The building is going to be used for storing equipment such as lawnmowers, weed eaters, tools etc. - I will be building a home on this property in the future. I am licensed as a beekeeper, I will have some bees on the back of the property but the business does not operate from this location. Selling honey and honey extraction are done from a different location. -The building will be completely enclosed, I wish carolina carports would have given us a better drawing. -1 do not have an ag exemption, I will have to pay permitting fees. Mr. Sheehan would like me to have bees for one year of time before I qualify also I must show that I am running a business from this location, "I am currently not". -The building itself is 24x40. The 41 feet comes from six inches of overhang of the roof on each end. This was explained to me as standard design. The building will not be bigger than the slab. "Good catch" I hope I have answered all of your questions, thank you for your time.
