c.) Check for holes drilled, cut or chipped into walls, columns or slabs without prior
approval.
d.) Check job site for undermining of foundations or shores due to soil erosion.
Upon completion of the. project, and prior to the issuance of a Certificate of Occupancy, the Special
Inspector shall file a signed. and sealed statement essentially in the following form:
"To the best of my knowledge and belief, the above -described construction of all structural load -bearing
components complies with the permitted documents, submitted to the enforcement- agency."
