Permit # 1504-027Z Re: Stem Wall To whom it may concern, Please note that, as the Design Professional of record for this originally permitted improvement, I was alerted by the contractor of record as to the fact that the stem wall and the concrete foundation slab was slightly mis-aligned. I have reviewed the modification and can attest to the following; The 3/4" that the stem wall hangs over the slab in a misc. corner poses no structural compromise. The reinforced concrete filled cells in the stem wall have a complete and full integral path to the foundation. In most cases when this occurs, the stucco covers this condition anyway. No structural compromise exists with this condition. Mark McCree Architect, NCARB, Affixed with electronic seal and signature.
