WHEN AN ACCESS WAY INTERSECTS A PUBLIC OR PRIVATE RIGHT-OF-WAY OR WHEN THE SUBJECT
PROPERTY ABUTS THE INTERSECTION OF TWO (2) OR MORE PUBLIC OR PRIVATE RIGHTS-OF-WAY, ALL
GROUND SIGNS WITHIN THE TRIANGULAR AREA DESCRIBED BELOW SHALL HAVE A HEIGHT OF NOT
MORE THAN THREE (3) FEET OR A VERTICAL CLEARANCE OF NOT LESS THAN TEN (10) FEET, AND SHALL
NOT HAVE POLES OR SUPPORT STRUCTURES WHICH ARE INDIVIDUALLY GREATER THAN TWELVE (12)

Comment: IT APPEARS ON THE APPROVED SITE PLAN ADJUSTMENT THERE ARE TREES AT THE LOCATION OF THE
PROPOSED SIGN. IT APPEARS THE TREES ARE NOT AT LOCATION AT MIGHT NEED TO BE REPLACED.
