The Applicant for Development (below) is seekirr d_qVa gtMto one of the following Sections of the Land Development
Code, screening the land use or the approved activity with opaque screening material and accompanying landscape
plantings from adjacent properties (check only one of the following):
Land Development Code Section 7.09.04.E requires a masonry wall or opaque wood fence and accompanying
landscape plantings as visual screening between non-residential and residential properties.This requirement may be
waived administratively by the Environmental Resources Department (ERD) Director if adjacent residential property
owner(s)sign a written consent indicating they support landscaping in lieu of a wall or opaque fence.
❑ Land Development Code Section 7.10.22.0 requires a masonry wall and accompanying landscape plantings as visual
screening in commercial neighborhood (CN) zoning district between a car wash and all adjacent properties. This
requirement may be waived by the Board of County Commissioners (BOCC) only for adjacent commercially zoned
properties, and if adjacent property owner(s) sign a written consent indicating they support landscaping in lieu of a
wall.
It is the responsibility of the Applicant to obtain consent from adjacent property owner(s) and.to.provide all property
owners with factual information regarding the proposed development,including, but not limited to,site plans,impact to
surrounding properties, landscape plans and/or landscaping proposed in lieu of the required wall or fence(if approved).
