Request: Plan Review / 8228 Fingerhut Residence.
Dear: Michael and Bonnie Fingerhut,
This notice serves as the Architectural Committee's response to your request as referenced above.
Status: Preliminary approval is granted based on the information submitted.
Any changes to the exterior of the plan must be approved by the ARC. If approval is not obtained, we have the right to stop the job site construction.
You must conform to all local zoning and building regulations and obtain any and all permits that are required.
Our approval here is based on preservation of the aesthetics of the community. Be aware that you are responsible for contacting the appropriate Utility Companies before digging.
In keeping the homeowner’s investment in mind, the ARC is requesting that this model be retired from Diamond Sands HOA as there are two homes of the same style within the Development.
