To Whom It May Concern:
This letter is to certify that to the best of my knowledge, based on site observations conducted by me,
a Florida Registered Engineer (on May 24, 2021), or an authorized representative under my
supervision, and upon review of surveyor as-builts and photos provided by the contractor (Wilson's
Petroleum Equipment, Inc.), and in accordance with our agreement as to the extent of our specified
services in this regard, that the civil site work construction, as identified on the approved plans and
specifications for 7-Eleven 38944 Civil Site Construction Plans, is substantially in accordance with the
approved plans and specifications, or changes thereto authorized by a County Engineer including any
Board of County Commissioners stipulations, and this certification does not relieve any party of their
contractual or other responsibilities
