PUBLISHED ELEVATION OF 14.26' (NAVD88). ELEVATIONS DEPICTED ON
THIS SURVEY WERE OBTAINED USING REAL TIME KINEMATIC (RTK) GPS
METHODS WITH AN EXPECTED ACCURACY OF +/- 0.2'.
15. THE LOCATION OF THE SOUTHWEST CORNER OF THE SOUTHWEST 1/4 OF
THE NORTHWEST 1/4 OF THE NORTHEAST 114 OF SECTION 30, TOWNSHIP
35 SOUTH, RANGE 40 EAST AS STATED ON THE DEED WAS DETERMINED
TO ORIGINATE IN A INCORRECT LOCATION. THE CREATOR OF THE DEED
SEEMS TO HAVE USED THE EDWARDS ROAD RIGHT OF WAY MAP,
SECTION 94631, DATED 1/13/1961, FROM FOOT AND THE BASELINE SHOW
THERE ON AS THE THE SOUTH LINE 1/4 OF THE NORTHWEST 1/4 OF THE
NORTHEAST 1/4 OF SECTION 30, TOWNSHIP 35 SOUTH, RANGE 40 EAST.
THIS DIFFERENCE CREATES SIGNIFICANT DIFFERENCE IN THE MEASURED
VS DEED DISTANCES. ONCE THE ERROR WAS ISOLATED, THE PROPERTY
LINES MATCH EXISTING MONUMENTATION, FENCES, AND OCCUPATION IN
THE AREA.
