Capretta, Dominic
Good Afternoon,
The Notice of Commencement requires the Owners Signature.
We normally do not accept Power of Attorney. The document would need to be reviewed by the
County Attorney for acceptance.
In order for the Power of Attorney document to be reviewed by the County Attorney, it would need to
be Recorded at the County Clerk of Court.
I will go ahead and submit your Permit Application for review, but, am listing the Notice of
Commencement as a missing document at this time.
You will need to either submit an NOC with the Owners Signature-or- have the Power of Attorney
Recorded and send in for review. Keep in mind, the document may or may not be accepted by the
County Attorney for approval.
Thank you for your attention.
Karen
