Schedule: Schedule for Existing Sites Tower Space License, dated July 18, 2006 by and
between American Towers LLC, a Delaware limited liability company (“American Tower”),
and T-Mobile USA, Inc., a Delaware corporation (“T-Mobile”) (as amended, the
“Schedule”).
Dear Customer:
Capitalized terms used in this letter shall have the same meaning described for them in the Schedule
unless otherwise indicated herein.
T-Mobile’s Equipment configuration (including ground space) currently licensed under the
Schedule at the Communications Tower is specified in the Application exhibit attached as Exhibit-1
(subject to the actual installation as a part of the Application associated with this letter).
Prior to the commencement of any construction activity, T-Mobile is required to request a NTP
from American Tower. Please coordinate submission of all required Notice to Proceed documentation
through the American Tower Portal at: https://onairaccess.americantower.com/, and call the ATC NOC
at 877-518-6937 to coordinate construction.
The parties agree that a scanned copy of this letter bearing the signature of American Tower shall
be deemed an original.
