TERMS AND CONDITIONS: Work will begin on the project after the following items are received by On Shore Roofing; a) signed contract; b) payment
due upon acceptance in accordance with Payment Terms; and c) permitting. All damaged wood work that is repaired shall be billed at 30% over time
and materials. On Shore Roofing is not responsible for: Hidden Conditions; Onshore Roofing will not be held responsible for any hidden conditions
that may arise during the course of construction. Any damage incurred by the hidden conditions beyond the scope of the contract that may result in
repairs or replacements will be the responsibility of the the customer or holder of the signed contract . a) gutters damaged throughout the course of the
roofing project; b) re -installing lightening protection; and c) any damage to owner's driveway that may occur during the construction work or delivery of
materials for the project. d.) Skylights. Onshore Roofing will not responsible for any drywall damage that my occur during the removal and replacement
of skylights. Onshore Roofing is not responsible for any consequential or special damage of any kind whatsoever, including damage to the interior or
exterior of any building or to any property contained in or near it. Any associated expenses incurred will be the responsibility of the owner and or holder
of signed contract. All material is guaranteed to be as specified. All work shall be completed in a workmanlike manner in accordance with acceptable
standard practices. Any modification or deviation from this contract must be made in writing and signed by On Shore Roofing and owner (collectively
the "Parties"). The Parties shall attempt to amicably resolve any controversy or claim between them arising out of or relating to this contract or breach
thereof by pre -suit mediation. In the event the controversy or claim cannot be resolved at pre -suit mediation, then either party may choose to resolve the
dispute by binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association under its Construction Industry Arbitration Rules. and judgment on
the award rendered by the arbitrator(s) may be entered in any court having jurisdiction thereof. The Arbitration panel will adhere to the requirements
and terms contained in this contract. In the event such claims are litigated in court, the Parties waive the right to a jury trial. If On Shore Roofing Incurs
any expense in collection of payments or enforcing terms of this contract. whether suit is brought or not. the Owner agrees to pay all such costs and
expenses including reasonable attorneys' fees incurred by On Shore Roofing. There are no promises. agreements, or understandings between the
Parties which are not expressed in this contract.
This proposal becomes a contract upon signing. On Shore Roofing shall furnish all material and labor to complete the work specified hererin in
accordance with the specifications, terms and conditions set forth above.
