HomeMy WebLinkAboutAPPROVED A1.10 Code RCODE REVIEW FOR D&D WELDING NEW BUILDING LOCATED AT 5300 SOUTH STEEL BLVD. FT. PIERCE, FLORIDA ARCHITECTS PROJECT #2019-54/2 SEPTEMBER 28, 2020 The proposed Building is a Single-Story Pre-engineered Metal Structure clad with Metal panels. The gross Floor area of the Building will be 39,504 sq. ft. This consists of a Welding Shop with an area of 30,108 sq. ft., Offices, Toilet Rooms, Storage etc. with an area of 2,900 sq. ft., and an exterior Roofed over space with an area of 6,496 sq. ft. The Building height to the Roof eaves will be 29'-0" and 33'-0" to the Roof ridge. There will be nine (9) overhead doors around the perimeter of the Building. The Ancillary accommodation i.e. Breakroom, Offi ces etc. will be constructed using CMU exterior Walls and Stucco, Steel Beams, Metal Deck, Rigid insulation, and a modified bitumen Roofing system. All Construction will be non-combustible and Parking is located North and East of the proposed Building. The Building will be protected by an Automatic Fire Sprinkler System. All construction is non-combustible. Draft stopping in the Roof is not required as the Building will be protected by a fully Automatic Fire Sprinkler System.
