GENERAL NOTES:
PLANS MEET F.B.C. 5 TH
EDITION 2014
CONTRACTOR SHALL VERIFY ALL CONDITIONS AT THE BUILDING AND
NOTIFY THE OWNER OF ANY DISCREPANCIES BEFORE PROCEEDING WITH
ANY WORK.
CONTRACTOR SHALL ASSUME FULL RESPONSIBILITY FOR FABRICATION

MENTIONED OR SHOWN. CONTRACTOR SHALL FURNISH ALL LABOR AND

DEMOLITION HEREINAFTER DESCRIBED,
ALL WORK SHALL BE PERFORMED IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE CURRENT

CURRENT CODES, AND/OR REGULATIONS BY ANY OTHER AUTHORITIES
HAVING JURISDICTION OVER THE WORK.
PROTECT EXISTING ADJACENT BUILDING STRUCTURES, FLOOR DECK AND
GROUNDS FROM ANY DAMAGE WHICH MAY OCCUR DURING
PERFORMANCE OF ALL WORK. ANY DAMAGE TO EXISTING FACILITIES TO
REMAIN WILL BE REPAIRED, REPLACED OR RESTORED TO THE ORIGINAL
CONDITION AND TO SATISFACTION OF ENGINEER AT THE CONTRACTOR'S
EXPENSE.
CONTRACTOR SHALL MAKE NO CHANGES WITHOUT WRITTEN APPROVAL
FROM THE ENGINEER OR OWNER.
GENERAL CONTRACTOR SHALL COORDINATE AND OBTAIN ALL PERMITS
REQUIRED TO COMPLETE THE CONSTRUCTION OF THE WORK AS
INDICATED ON THE DRAWINGS.
GENERAL CONTRACTOR SHALL INCLUDE IN THE BASE BID ALL
FEES
ASSOCIATED WITH THE CONSTRUCTION OF THIS PROJECT, INCLUDING
BUT NOT LIMITED TO PERMIT FEES, DUMP FEES, SUBCONTRACTOR
PERMIT FEES, DEMO AND IMPACT FEES.
