The pipe which extends from the rear of the brewery building, referenced in the code enforcement photographs, is a previously permitted process used to discharge the spent grain mash from the brewing process. The mash is collected in a trailer which is collected by a local cattle farmer for mixing with his cattle feed. The trailer is removed and replaced with a new empty trailer daily after production. The mixture is nontoxic and has nutrients that are used in conjunction with the cattle feed.
