General Notes
• USE GROUP, SINGLE FAMILY DWELLING R 1 ZONING
• ALL WORK IS TO BE DONE IN ACCORDANCE W / TOWNSHIP RULES AND ORDINANCES.

AT GRADE AND 6.7 SQ. FT. FOR THE BASEMENT, FIRST & SECOND FLOOR AND ABOVE. THE MINIMUM NET CLEAR OPENING
HEIGHT DIMENSION IS TO BE 2e AND THE MINIMUM CLEAR OPENING WIDTH IS TO BE 20" FOR ALL EGRESS WINDOWS.
• CONTRACTOR IS TO COORDINATE ALL WINDOW & DOOR SIZES & LOCATIONS WITH HOMEOWNER w/ EGRESS MAINTAINED,
• SMOKE DETECTORS & CARBON MONOXIDE DETECTORS ARE TO BE INTER -CONNECTED (HARDWIRED W/ BATTERY BACK-
UP) AND LOCATED WHERE SHOWN ON THE DRAWINGS AND I OR AS REQUIRED BY CODE AND I OR THE TOWNSHIP.
• ALL EXTERIOR WALLS OF HEATED AREAS ARE TO BE INSULATED WITH R-21 MIN. ALL CEILINGS ABOVE HEATED AREAS
ARE TO BE INSULATED WITH R-49 MIN. ALL CEILING I FLOOR AREAS ABOVE UNHEATED AREAS SUCH AS CRAWL SPACES
AND GARAGES ARE TO BE INSULATED WITH R-30 MIN. CRAFT FACE OF INSULATION IS TO BE PLACED ON WARM / HEATED
SIDE.
• ANY UNSEALED DRAWINGS ARE FOR PRELIMINARY USE ONLY AND ARE NOT TO BE USED FOR CONSTRUCTION.
