(QUEST) has performed auger cast pile monitoring and inspection on June 14 th 1 17 th 18 th and 21 st at the above referenced project. The purpose of our inspection was to monitor pile installation operations. A total forty-one (41) piles were installed for the proposed project as they were staked by the surveyor. All piles consisted of sixteen inch (16") diameter auger cast -in -place piles and were drilled to a depth of twenty-eight feet (28') for the planned new residence. As a mutual protection to our clients, the public and ourselves, all reports are submitted as the confidential property of our clients, and authorization for publication of statements, conclusions or extracts from or regarding our reports is reserved pending our written approval.
