Below please find responses to your plan review comments:
Electrical:
1. Per discussion with reviewer, there is no new electrical work. Outlets in removed walls
are terminated. Existing light fixtures shall be adjusted for new ceiling grid layout.
Plumbing:
1. Occupant load has been added to plans.
Building:
1. Permit application will be corrected with this submission.
2. Building code has been updated on plans.
3. Per discussion with reviewer, this building consists of a front showroom where offices
have been removed and an existing warehouse at the rear of the building.
4. An interior wall detail has been added for the expansion of one restroom.
5. Per discussion with reviewer, this is a single user with no tenant separations.
6. One of the two existing restrooms shall be enlarged to comply with current accessibility
requirements.
