Below please find responses to your plan review comments:
Building:
1. Address on permit application has been corrected.
2. A) Building code has been updated on plans. B) Per discussion with reviewer, occupancy
has been updated on the cover sheet. C) The entire building has been added to plans.
D) Acknowledged. E) Life Safety Plan is part of these plans. F) There is no fire
protection in the building. G) See Life Safety Plan.
3. Per discussion with reviewer, the entire building with all exits and areas have been added
to plans.
4. Wall detail has been added to the plans.
5. Per discussion with reviewer, this is one occupancy, one tenant. The showroom is an
accessory to the warehouse and therefore no tenant separation is required. Existing
partition to remain.
6. One restroom has been modified to meet current accessibility. Details have been added.
There are two restrooms in this facility with an occupancy of less than 50 people.
Electrical:
1. Per discussion with reviewer, there is no new electrical in this space. The outlets in the
walls that have been removed are terminated.
