Karen
We have submitted a permit application for a new residence on this property along with a vegetation
removal app. Permit 2107-0040, vegetation that will be removed is immediate landscaping around the
home. That will be affected by the demo.

Good Morning,
I made an inquiry to Environmental Resources to see if a Vegetation Removal Permit was required for
the Demolition Permit. Please see the response below.

Good Morning,
As long as they are not removing native vegetation during the demo a veg permit will not be required. If
they are caught removing native trees with the Demo then a ATF will be required

Lynn,
Does this permit require a Veg Permit? They had submitted one with the permit for the new
construction home (permit 2107-0040).

The County is OPEN for business, though, the building remains closed to the
general public to keep our citizens and employees safe during the pandemic. The
Building Department is operating in a new location, just a few feet from the main

for the GREEN A -Frame signs. The hours of operation are Monday — Friday from
8:00 am to 4:30 am. All staff is available by email or phone.
Please be safe during these unprecedented times while we do our best to help the
